The school is co-educational, and admission is open to candidates of all nationalities between the ages of 13 and 15 in their final year in Junior secondary school JS3 of first year in Senior Secondary School, SS1.
Application forms are available at our office - 2 Oweh Street, Jibowu, Lagos and can be downloaded from the official school website. They cost N5,000.00 made payable in bankdraft to: The Principal, The International (Sports) Academy, P.M. Bag 3068, Ibara, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Admission is all year round and students can be 'invited' into the school whenever they are discovered by scouts provided that they meet the required criteria. Students are expected to answer questionaires and to through tests to determine their qualification. They must produce original copies of school results and transcripts.
Candidates shall be contacted directly for tests and interviews through the addresses and telephone numbers they provide and it will be published as a news item on this website.
1. They must be less than 15 years old.
2. They must have completed their junior secondary school.
3. They must have minimum acceptable academic standards.
4. They must have great passion for sports/ arts and a genuine interest to develop their talent to the highest level within an academic environment. That is, they must be willing to work very hard and do what it takes to succeed in both.
5. Most importantly, the students must have exceptional talent to fit into any one or a combination of the following Academies in the school:
a. Football Academy.
b. Basketball Academy.
c. Volleyball Academy.
d. Lawn tennis Academy.
e. Athletics Academy (Sprints and Jumps).
f. Academy of Arts (Music, Dance, Drama and film).
